Parenting young kiddos, can be one of the most exhausting yet precious moments of parenthood. In my work with children and families, my goal is to honor each family member through person-centered and holistic approaches, while including both wants and needs. My expertise includes but is not limited to, providing a space for parents and children need to feel validated and understood while promoting self-improvement and self-empowerment as a parent and an individual.
I work and research extensively in early childhood development with neurodiverse children such as those with ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, anxiety, and low-self-esteem. In the therapy room, I aim to provide treatment that is collaborative, realistic, and centered through skills from play therapy and individually tailored interventions. Together, we can work to find a balance to work towards your goals and give you the tools to navigate difficult moments.
