You are tired of fighting, having to explain yourself, being disappointed, and grieving the life you planned as a child. Parenting is one of the HARDEST and most fulfilling experiences that one can have in this lifetime, but it can sometimes feel like a constant battle. If you toss in co-parenting with an ex-partner, trying to integrate a new partner into your "ready-made" family, and/or being a caregiver to a family member due to unfavorable circumstances, things get a lot more complicated. Being the child in these situations, can be even harder to navigate because everything can feel so unstable. All of it feels exhausting!
What you want to feel is understood, capable, and prepared to take on the ups and downs that life tosses at you because you have the right set of tools. You are doing the best you can, but your tool belt could use a few more items to help you keep fighting. Equal Shares Parenting wants to support you in learning to fight fair and heal previous scars.
I am here to partner with you and your family, in whatever shape it appears! My approach is very solutions-focused and strengths-based. Clients consider me a great motivator, problem-solver, and a teammate in their healing process. With families and busy schedules in mind, I offer nights and weekend hours!
