Jaye Granderson is a lover of all things communication and creativity. She holds a bachelor's degree in communication with an emphasis in journalism from Prairie View A & M University and a master’s degree in communication with an emphasis in promotions from Lindenwood University. By day, she is an accomplished Content Advisor with Evernorth and by night, you may find her crafting t-shirts, updating resumes, or playing Hot Wheels with her 4-year-old son, Pryce. Jaye has co-authored two books, The Young Entrepreneurs’ Guide to Success, part one and 2.0, and she has held multiple roles in the community as a coach and mentor. As a woman of faith, Jaye attributes her accolades to the strength of the Lord, a strong sense of family, and a good sense of humor.
Latrece Walker serves as the first point of contact at Equal Shares Parenting. She is currently an undergrad student at Harris Stowe State University. She is majoring in psychology with plans to become a future marriage and family therapist. In her free time, she enjoys baking for her small business, Treats By Trece! While she bakes on occasion, she finds it a great pass time. Through working at Equal Shares Parenting, she intends to add a sense of warmth and care that encourages more clients to seek to work with the organization. Lastly, she hopes to gain a deeper understanding and appreciation for counseling and psychology overall.
Jordyn Hope (they/them) is currently a student at Fontbonne University working on their bachelor's in social work (BSW) while simultaneously working on their MSW through St. Louis University. At ESP they will be analyzing research and helping to develop educational materials for families as well as providing training for clinical staff. Outside of the work they are doing with ESP, they work in the Munchausen by Proxy (MBP) Child Abuse field as an independent contractor facilitating support groups for adult survivors, consulting with those impacted by the abuse, providing one-on-one mentoring, and contributing to the research and education regarding this type of abuse. When not doing work or school they can be found playing Ultimate Frisbee, training for a 5k, spending time in nature, or enjoying time with friends. They operate in their work life and personal life through an anti-capitalist, decolonization, and social justice lens.
Queen Spurlock (they/them) holds a Bachelor of Social Work and Writing from Texas Christian University. They are currently a dual degree MSW/MEd student at the Brown School at Washington University in St. Louis. They have experience in public school settings as an assistant counselor/intervention specialist (elementary/k-5th grade students) and college advisor (9th - 12th-grade students). During their time as assistant counselor, they worked with individual students and groups on behavioral and cognitive issues through social-emotional classes and counseling sessions. As a college advisor, they helped students navigate the college-going process. Outside of providing services to families, Queen enjoys listening to music, writing, painting, and traveling/learning about different cultures.
