Tyneshia is a master’s level Social Worker who is clinically licensed in Kansas and Missouri. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Sociology from Central State University, located in Ohio and her Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Missouri- Kansas City. Tyneshia has over 10 years of experience working with adults and families navigating through life and mental health challenges. She assists individuals coping with depression, anxiety, relationship conflict, post-natal and women issues while utilizing a solution focused, cognitive behavioral, and client centered approach.
Tyneshia has a passion for helping others fulfill their personal goals by providing mental health services, support and clinical resources. Life can present unexpected challenges that may lead to impulsivity, uncertainty and distress; however, Tyneshia believes that everyone has the ability to exist to their fullest potential, despite their adversities and life hurdles. Tyneshia provides a non-judgmental and safe space to assist those navigating through life challenges while offering strategies to support with regulating their emotions.
