Latrece Walker is a recent graduate with a master’s degree in applied health Behavior Research and will begin pursuing her second master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy at Saint Louis University this fall. With a deep passion for both science and mental health, Latrece is especially interested in how the two intersect to support well-being in real, practical ways.
She believes that families, regardless of their shape, size, or structure, are the foundation of a healthy society. Her mission is to equip and empower individuals, couples, and families with the tools they need to grow, heal, and thrive.
At the core of her approach is empathy, care, and the commitment to creating a safe, judgment-free space where people can show up as their full, authentic selves. For Latrece, “we listen and we don’t judge” isn’t just a phrase—it’s a value she embodies in every interaction.
