Bonita Washington MSW, LCSW, CGIP is a native of St. Louis, MO. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology with a minor in Child Development from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and her Master’s Degree in Social Work from Southern Illinois University - Edwardsville. She has been working with the St. Louis community for 20 years providing mental health service, grief support, resources, and support to all who are in need. Bonita has passion for advocating for those who are unable to stand up for themselves, individuals living with chronic and terminal medical conditions, individuals who have experienced grief/loss and working with the youth of the St. Louis Metropolitan area.
She is a member of the Social Worker Leaders of Health Care of Metro St. Louis and a proud member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc. where she has served as a youth advisor for 18 years.
