With over 25 years of experience in the social service and helping field I have learned the beauty and importance of nurturing the whole person. By incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Mindfulness, Philosophy, and Trauma Informed Care, my goal is to help individuals explore their concerns in a non-judgmental and safe space.
